3 Bedroom House with Security, Breakfast and Internet

Private luxurious home located two blocks from Playa Langosta and five minutes to the town of Tamarindo. It sleeps six, with one king-size, one queen and two single beds.
The home is built in the style of the homes found in Granada, Nicaragua, wherein the rooms are arranged around an interior courtyard with pool in the colonial style. This makes for a beautiful home, and at the same time very private and secure.
The home has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, wireless internet, air conditioning in all bedrooms, TV, stereo hookup for an iPod, microwave, propane stove, comfortable furniture, and a large garage.
The neighborhood is mostly residential and quiet, with a supermarket and nice restaurants within walking distance.
Most importantly the beach with a nice surf break is only 2 blocks away!!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the high season. Playa Langosta is the perfect location as it’s a relaxing community within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. The pool was an excellent place to begin and end the day. The bedrooms are roomy and each has a walk-in closet and a bathroom. The hosts were relaxed and easy to work with. My husband and I ended up staying in the downstairs bedroom as it has a king bed and we gave our teenager the upstairs bedroom with the queen bed. This worked well as then we didn’t need to navigate the stairs. We recommend this property for a family vacation.
